SNOW! This week there was a snowstorm that arrived here at
Southern. Unexpectedly the school was forced to close early because with a
blink of an eye there was snow everywhere, covering all of the cars completely
in the parking lot. For all of the residence this had to have been one of the
best days for them. I couldn’t tell you the amount of snowball fights that were
going on at the same time, It was like war of all the halls.
Being a commuter it was hard for me to go home that night
because the streets were filled with snow that looks like a beautiful white
velvet blanket. It was nice seeing all of the residence have so much fun making
snow men and having snowball fights, because it reminded me that we are all
still young and we should embrace life even though sometimes it might get
overwhelming.
